What's in it For Me?

This video goes hand-in-hand with the Think Small Plan Big Series of opening a CAC in two weeks or less.  The main focus of this presentation is how to interview a co-working site for a CAC location.  I know this works, because a team has already used this video to go and speak with a co-working company to set up a CAC.  They just told them they didn't know when funds would be available, but wanted preliminary information to help them when they were.

You're Got This!

This presentation is to remind folks that we don't know how to use a new version of a software when it comes out, but we use the basics of a previous version to start.  The same applies to our journey of becoming a new Managing Director. Start with what you know, hire for what you don't and go forward one step at a time.
