Part 4 of 4
National Economic Stabilization & FInncial Assurance Program
and the International Commodity Clearing Houses.
To participate in these two programs, a Zim Benefactor must sign a Contract with Love Won Industries (LWI), to become an authorized agent of LWI who will then offer the NES & FAP program to qualified businesses and put them under contract as participants in the Program. As the signing agent, the Zim Benefactor will fund all aspects of the Contracted Business as a participant in the program. This includes all RSS based Employment Contract Shares under their RSS Master ID#. As an authorized agent of LWI, the Zim Benefactor will be responsible for Bond their financial participation and resultant financial obligation in the NES &FAP program, by pledging their excess quarterly funds account for the Bond. This Contract is yet to be created.
The NES & FAP, (National Economic Stabilization and Financial Assurance Program) See LWS document #3 for details
NES & FAP is an advanced program that ensures that each person participating in the New Economic Structure is assured to be financially viable with stabilized prices and consistent income where the Economy supports the Family Unit regardless of their education or abilities to compete for their share of the bounties of the Economy.
Once established, the flow of goods and services will support the viability of each Family Unit. Income will always be available for homebuyers in the NRELS, (see LWS document #2) so that each family unit will not be destroyed by financial loss or accidents, or any other unforeseen event that would cause permanent or temporary financial damage to the Family Unit.
This program introduces the use of the Revenue Sharing Solution’s (RSS) Internet Platform, for Employment Contract Shares (ECS) in support of the community workforce. While the ECS shares the same platform, the ECS has a different application with differently adjusted per minute downloads that are independently set up to support the workforce by local CAC Directors.
Local Boots on the ground
The Community Assistance Centers (CAC) structure will support the local service-oriented businesses with contracts for their workers. The CAC’s Directors will establish offices within the community to support the financial viability of the community. These Directors and Assistant Directors will wear many hats with expertise and assistance to assure the financial viability of the communities in which they work.
Example 1: the directors will approach a local mechanic shop to offer contracts for the business owner and his employees using the ECS structure with adjusted per minute downloads as per the business owners’ instructions for his/her employees. The driving force for the business is the financial viability that will assure its continuing support for the community.
Example 2: the larger business, such as manufacturers, will contract with Love Won Industries (LWI) to purchase all their yearly production of whatever they produce. LWI will use the already established distribution channels to sell the products and distribute them through the chain to the end-users. LWI will offer its employees the ECS shares with the accompanying benefits for a 7-year term. (See Document #3 for contract terms and benefits)
The smaller service-oriented business will be assured a profitable business with contracted employees being paid higher wages than previously paid, and includes benefits beyond what the owners can normally afford. A win, win for both the business owners and the employees.
The larger businesses contracted will sell their yearly production at profitable prices that insure their continued financial viability. Our purchase prices will be reduced by the normal labor cost which we are already paying for. Upper management compensation and component parts of manufactured products will still be paid for from Corporate profits. Our ECS will pay for health care insurance, wages, and retirement benefits during and after the Contract Term. We will interphase with the Corporate Human Resource Departments to facilitate the assignment of the Employee Contracts and address any grievances encountered.
ICCH (International Commodity Clearing Houses)
See LWS document # 4 for details
The International Commodity Clearing Houses program is designed to create a new economic system based on a new business model of service, to replace the old system which is based on profit. This new business model requires huge sums of money to be injected into the economy quarterly, where there is no profit incentive. Without a profit requirement for investing in the economy, much can be done in harmony with correct ways to ensure the ecological balance for the earth. In other words, the right way to do business is to protect the environment as the number one priority, not the shortcuts that hurt the earth just for more profits. This allows society to flourish and grow without destroying the earth. Funds must be available to do this.
That being our goal, those who want to be involved in this major undertaking will need the highest redemption rates that are available to Zim Holders. These Zim Benefactors will join with Love Won Society to ensure a bright future for the earth and its people. See document #7 for our suggestions to follow to prepare for the redemption appointment.
The previous NES & FAP program when fully developed in each country and region of the world will support this ICCHprogram. (see below) Love Won Industries, will be the coordinating entity that is to establish this program in every country throughout the world.
Because of the extreme nature of this undertaking, not all Zim Benefactors will participate at this level. Setting up the business model for the ICCH will require high levels of business acumen that few will have had experience in most business endeavors. We will have to draw heavily from the highly sophisticated, highly educated sector of humanity. Many of these potential employees will have to be retrained in the new economic model they will be participating in. A profit mentality will be hard for them to abandon, but it is doable when they see and realize that virtually unlimited amounts of money are available to us.
It is our present plan to have an application process put in place that will give guidance and education to become an International Zim Benefactor in the ICCH program. This means that interested Zim Benefactors will become a part of the Love Won Industries structure with authority to contract businesses that will form the basis of the program. This is a new unplotted territory that will require, perhaps many years of planning and education, to implement and establish this new economic model. We will have the funds available to do this and get it done the right way, so it will come about.
Keep in mind that Love Won Society programs are designed so that each Zim Benefactor is in total control of their funds. We do not, and will not, require any funds to be put into LWS control by any Zim Benefactor in order for them to be a part of the LWS programs. We will receive sufficient funds for our needs, your funds will be used by you for your participation in the LWS programs.
Interlinking Computer Program
We will establish a sophisticated network of large computers linked together to facilitate the movement of commodities from clearinghouses or warehouses to where the commodities are needed. The program will require all governments of countries involved to become GESARAcompliant so that there are no restrictions or licenses required in the movement of commodities. Our services will not require compensation so there are no profits to tax or control, only the movement of commodities in service to mankind.
There will be no limit to the commodities we will be involved with. All products, from foodstuffs, manufactured goods, and raw materials will be part of our ICCH program. This economic structure may be simply called, The New Economy.
The number one question that will arise is this: it will take trillions and perhaps quadrillions to accomplish this new economic structure, where is this money coming from to establish and then sustain it over time?
We will have to share a degree of financial capabilities without breaking our NDA, but the real clincher is when we can Bond the entire program even to the smallest contracts that need to be put in place. Our unused quarterly payments will be used for these performance Bonds. Each Zim Benefactor will use their unused funds to bond the contracts they will sign in support of the NES & FAP as well as the ICCH. Love Won Society will establish an umbrella Performance Bond for the entirety of the Love Won Society programs.
It is not hard to see that the funds needed to establish the whole LWS programs must come from the redemption appointments. Does the NPTB want these LWS Programs implemented? The answer is a resounding yes, and they will support it at the redemption appointment. We just need to ask for what we need. “Ask and it shall be given.”
